Are these physical products I will receive in the mail?

No, all of the products in this store are digital downloads that you can print out at home. No waiting around for something to arrive in the mail! You can get started today!

 

How will I receive my product?

After your payment has been processed, you will be redirected to a page with a button that says "Download Your Purchase Here." Click the link to download your purchase. You'll also receive an e-mail with the download link and access instructions. (Note: If you use Paypal, the e-mail will be sent to the address associated with your Paypal account.)

 

What is your return policy?

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you aren't satisfied, please contact celeste@simplicitystory.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

 

What's the best way to print my purchase?

You can print any of these products using a home printer and regular office paper. You can also have them printed out at a print shop or office supply store. If you are printing labels, you can print them onto regular paper and use tape to secure them, or you can print them onto sticker paper. Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on the screen.

 

Are there any programs required to view my purchase?

All digital downloads are in PDF format. Most computers and phones come with Adobe Reader, a free program that will allow you to view PDF files. If you don't have this program, you can download it for free here.
